Time for Hill training with Geno!!!

The snow has melted on McIntyre…good riddance!!!  Time for some hill training, a great way to prepare for those hilly courses either on the roads or trails. 

Hill workouts start this Thursday, 5:30pm rain or shine.  (and every Thursday after that!!!) In fact, rain brings more attitude and mud!!!  The plan this week is to do 8 repeats with various core workouts at the top of each hill climb.  The descent will be used for recovery.  Cooldown at the end.  The entire workout will take approximately 1-hour.  It is important that you come ready to run…i.e. WARM UP FIRST (yes, before the 5:30pm start.
